• Accept the rate limit of 3 messages per 5 hours per IP address
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limiting or security measures

The QR Code Scanner is provided as-is for legitimate use. By downloading and using this software, you agree to:

• Use the software only for legitimate QR code scanning purposes
• Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the software
• Accept that the software is provided without warranty
• Scan for the software with your antivirus before use (though we ensure it's clean)

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy

• Attempts to circumvent rate limiting may result in permanent blocking
